Looks like HRC has a fat face from eating those TWO turkey dinners in Iraq.

Yes, one dinner for her, and the other for "herself".

She scares the h*ll out of me, but I still don't think she has a chance to beat GW in '04.

And there are a lot of contingencies surrounding a run in '08 for her, starting with whether she can steal, er, win re-election in '06.

She has to run in 2004, though. She cannot allow Dean to win the nomination because that gives him control of the Dem party whether he wins or not. For her to try to take back control of the pary for 2008, assuming Dean loses and re-runs, would split the party irreparably, giving the Pubs another 4 or 8 years. This feeds right into her mantra--to save the party for the future, she will step forward and save the party, the country, the world...in 2004.

" I want the military deferment (bad back!)/ski-bum chapter confronted!!!! Dean will blow if he is confronted on a thing like that."

If there is a strategy I would wait until he got the nomination and then light the fuze.

Just my observation

>>Dean's mouth reminds me of that old cartoon, Clutch Cargo.

Every time I see him I think of the smiley face on the Kool-Aid pitcher.
One of these days I'm going to learn how to use that photoplus software.

Well, from the comments Drudge has, if she keeps yammering on this theme for the next year, enough dolts just might believe her...

HILLARY RIPS BUSH: WARNS OF 'IRREPARABLE HARM' TO NATION... She believes Bush is beatable next year because his administration is "making America less free, fair, strong, smart than it deserves to be in a dangerous world."

"Hillary polls 43% without even being an announced candidate. Per a late FoxNews poll, GWB is polling at 43% re-electibility. 43% to 43%. And she can read the figures too. "

Those may be the numbers now but they would drop to the 30's if she was forced to be interviewed by less than suck-butt sources. She would have to do FNS and she would come off as a real doofus in a debate.

She doesn't HAVE to do anything. Haven't you noticed? She didn't submit to any difficult interviews when she ran for the Senate, and no one asked her difficult questions at the very few press opportunities she offered. There was no criticism of this during her campaign (unlike how the press would have skewered a Republican candidate).

I personally think the best thing is to make her "un-cool," a yesterday's news type.

I also thnk we need to think about how to deflate Hollywood's love affair with this couple.

Rats, what was I thinking, her heinous wasn't on FNS after all, so I won't have a chance to catch up later on the repeat. Well, guess my stomach is spared today after all.

I was hoping to find some feed-back on Chris Wallace's first day as host of FN Sunday. But this seems to be the H. Clinton thread. H. Clinton is an antagonist and is the only reason she goes on these programs -- to stir sh*t. She's not going to run because he wouldn't win and it would greatly damage her credibility -- what little she has. Her spin-doctors continue to float these ideas just to get people stired-up. People need to stop being so obsessed with her and move on!

Maybe next week someone could make individual threads for each sunday talk show so if H. Clinton is on any of them those of us who are sick of her can read another thread!

I watched the entire Hillary interview

She's claiming that conservatives are "radical", that we want to undo the New Deal, that we are trying to pit one segment of Americans against each other. Then she turns around and starts in with her same old dogma - class warfare, scare tactics, etc.

I see straight through her, like the plexiglass (plastic & transparent) she is. Wish more folks would just take their blinders off and open their eyes.

Also, she won the debate with Lazio.

It will take some very clever work on the part of President Bush to win a debate with her.

Agreed.

No one would dare ask her the tough questions, and she'll never go on with the tough interviewers.

She skates, as always.

2004 could be as tight a race as 2000 was. Plus, Hillary has all the elements of the Clinton political machine, which has been working steadily and unceasingly since 1992.

===

Plus the declared candidates are already way past their prime with too many Boooring so-called debates.

Every dem voter is so ready to 'moveon' to HRC.

"My suggestion for defeating her effort to gain the presidency: Replaying her laugh over and over again."

We might also mention her lack of "gravitas".

Newt Gingrich, on Meet the Press, called Hillary Clinton "serious," "hard-working," and a "first-class professional."

There is plenty of feed-back on Chris Wallace if you read down through the thread.

Hillary Clinton is being discussed because she was on THREE of the Sunday shows this morning.

If you don't want to read about her, skip the latter portions of the thread. Some of us believe that forewarned is forearmed.

This is ABSOLUTELY the case .. I work with a bunch of 'em. They get their opinions from the lamestream media soundbites and talk shows. They actually don't differentiate Hillary from any other politician.

Let's face it, we're in the vast minority ... people who make it their business to learn, dig and get to the real truth.

If I brought up that gag-producing press conference, the "pretty in pink" one in the White House, with Shrillery explaining her cattle futures windfall .. not one person I know outside of here would have a clue of what I was talking about.

We make it our business to learn, to know the facts, to make the links, to identify the spin .. we know the evil that Satan himself bestowed on that dastardly couple .. and we are a TINY SPEC OF HUMANITY in the American electorate. That's why, we and our conservative politician warriors have to have masterful cunning, savviness and calculation to destroy the agenda we now see being hatched before our eyes by the EVIL ONE, with all kinds of help from the very mouthpieces where the majority of voters get their opinions.

We stand alone, with Fox News, Rush, Sean, sometimes O'Reilly, sometimes Neal Boortz, the credible conservative commentators and journalists between the American voting public and the sheer cataclysmic disaster that Shrillery's election would mean. THIS IS A WAR!!! We're fighting two wars on terror -- with the enemies from without and the enemies within.

If it's really the case the Aaron Tonken will implicate THAT VILE PERSON in campaign irregularities .. it may make just the slightest dent. But you can already hear the spin -- the VRWC is still going after the Klintoons, blah blah blah .. galvanizing more people who, for some stooooopid reason, feel like: poor Hillary, they're always after her because she's a woman, or whatever. The troops will come out of the woodwork.

If you can't see the the ballet that's being orchestrated before our KNOWING eyes, with Ickeeees on Clark's payroll and that Shrillery has deigned to "lower herself" to speak to the peasants with her mere presence on the tube and submitting herself to the ignominy of actually being questioned about her actions ... ALL to the mission of diminishing the unexpected rise of Dean (who knows who threw out the sealed records issue, hmm??) then you need a crash course in HILLARY'S AGENDA.

That being said .. maybe 29% of us in this country give a damn .. take the time to understand at all .. and really really care and know how important it is.

I know that anything I say to my co-workers about this issue is shot down with "you're just defending Bush," reactions. People are cynical, indifferent and just mouth the latest spin from the alphabet idiots or Yahoo headlines. They are totally spoonfed their opinions .. AND ... they will be voting in 2004.

That's why -- the savvy and cunning defense has to come in very subtlely ... people will defend HER before they take any time to learn the truth.

Prayer .. lots of it, for wisdom for President Bush and his team, prayers for all that will boost Pres. Bush's standing with the sheeple .. that they grasp his innate decency and integrity .. supporting the Pubbies .. keeping the lamestream media in check with emails, faxes, etc., emailing your state politicians. They've been able to get away with treating their constituents' opinions like so much dirt for years .. but that was before the power of the internet. We have power now that has to be employed. Call them on everything!!! Be a pest .. and get more pests to do the same .. keep up the drumbeat. And .. my message ALWAYS is: we are watching you .. we're tired of the backslapping and backroom deals .. we will hold you accountable for your actions if you invest your efforts in your party instead of your people.

I REPEAT::: THIS IS THE 2ND WAR ON TERROR. ARM YOURSELVES WITH GOOD WILL, GOOD HUMOR, FACTS AND FIGHTING SPIRT AND ACTION.

A plurality of the people voted for Goree in 2000.

---
Not necessarily, as absentee ballots do not get counted if a state has enough votes for one candidate to render the absentees irrelevant. Thus millions of ballots - think California, NY and other strongly Blue States - were not actually included in the totals that you reference.

That face and hair -- mucho mas expensive makeup and hair treatment. No wonder she's on all the shows in one day.
