The Hellary quote I am referring to was the one about "Welcome to the forgotten front line in the war on terror."

Yes, that's the quote .. she keeps repeating it

I'm amazed that Hillary has so thoroughly cowed so many folks on this forum. She stands absolutely no chance of winning on a national stage; I'd welcome her candidacy in 2004. Dean's candidacy could become a "movement" (unlikely), while Hillary's negatives are so high she'd be fighting a losing battle from Day One. No one else could units fiscal and social conservatives like her. Conservative turnout would be immense.

What's more, his ambition is obviously such that he wouldn't hesitate. He could totally dismantle the Clinton machine. Perhaps this is why Hillary won't enter the fray.

And that solution is?

In post # 244.

I know she can be beaten, and I feel she is running. I believe she can be stopped, if those on the election-fence really got to know her.

It will take a grassroots effort all over the country. But it CAN be done. If each person, all over the country who really cares, takes the TIME to influence 20 or 30 folks in their neighborhoods, at their work, or in their families, etc., we could stop her. It just takes an effort by all of us. It's not difficult or complicated, but it must be done, and it will take all of us.

Let's face it, most Americans don't know Hillary at all. And, they're not goint to be taught about her by the mainsream media! Therefore it is up to us. The information just in post # 244 is enough to persuade most decent Americans that she belongs nowhere near the Presidency.

I have to go now, but I'd like to talk about this later with anyone who wishes. It's more important than nearly anything.

nittny BINGO and she knows at the 04 offering she would LOSE,but she knows DEAN will LOSE too sooooooooooooo

why not run even in defeat when the POWER, MONEY and
MEDIA is her goal and think about this, it will be
FOUR YEARS of Hillary 24/7.

Secondly, Hillary HAS TO RUN in hopes she wins
illegally and "gets those justice files on
her"....and I'm deadly serious

Ditto, NL. I say, bring her on! Her humiliating loss in 2004 will be the end of the Clintons.

A smashing defeat would greatly damage her ability to run in the future. Consider that Al Gore couldn't even mount a run less than 3 years after he won the popular vote.

Secondly, Hillary HAS TO RUN in hopes she wins illegally and "gets those justice files on her"....and I'm deadly serious

I'm not sure what you mean?

Did you see Sharpton's James Brown last night? PERFECT!

I saw it. He was very good. That's his danger, (as I know you agree), that he's charming and funny and talented as well as opportunistic.

Also saw the Michael Jackson skit where Sharpton played Johnny Cochran. I thought "what kind of presidential candidate plays Johnny Cochran in a skit?", and I realized for Sharpton it would not hurt him.

They are heading on a collision course. In the Clintons quest for power, even a dim is an equal opportunity target.

FNC is going to interview Aaron Tonken's attorney this hour. Suuposedly the scandal is partially about Hollywood celebrities profiting off charity events. I will report anything interesting or relevant.

Remember AlGore dressed up as Underdog? Well, Dean IS the beloved Underdog that Gore wanna-be'd. The old NY Mets -- favored for his mistakes and good plays, both. As long as Dean stays in that mode, and there seems almost no indication from him that he wouldn't -- for example by throwing ashtrays at the maid or bellboy, or by saying "F-k Bush" to Rolling Stoned, Dean is unstoppable -- among the Democrats and affinity groups.
