I cannot figure out why he always uses that boomy, haughty tone. I have heard him speak off the record, and he sounds really good. Down to earth, no attitude at all. The only problem is that for the past 25 years, Rolling Stone has been about as hip as "Good housekeeping" and "People" and is now nothing more than a MTV ad mag for lame ass corporate mass produced automatons who star in cheesy lip synched videos. So it was a preview to his latter betraying the soldiers
again when he lead the MIA cover up in 1992.

Just now reading a LONG and BORING Chicago Tribune story of him in the Tempo section. Arrrg!...this is the seventh in a a series of profiles of RAT candidates. Boy he sure says he sure wasn't opposed to the war just the policy. If thats the case let his actions speak for themselves. There are plenty of vets who have an opinion on Hanoi Jane and Bill Clinton's view on the war policy.
