Where was France mentioned in this thread? By the way, the memorial to the Corps at Le Bois Belleau is both breath taking and humbling. The French care takers treat it with a reverence you cannot imagine.

Been there. Rented a Reault and did a two-week castle tour of France with my wife back in '83. Also stayed over at St.Lo and spent a day at Normany. Takes your breath away.
