90% of Arizona cities accept the Matricula Consular, eh? Using what measurement? Population? That means Phoenix and Tucson are all that's needed...the rest of us don't count.

I'll guarantee you that by number, a whole lot less than 90% accept the card. I doubt that 90% of the cities and towns that make up our two metro areas accept them...and there's a whole lot more of Arizona outside of Phoenix and Tucson.
