The Baathists don't want the people of Iraq to go to the polls and vote, but they know we are going to have an election next year. Captured "former regime loyalists" smugly tell interrogators that their goal is to simply "hang on" until the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November 2004. Then, they are convinced, "anybody but Bush" will move into the White House, and the United States will pull out of Iraq.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

How could the media have missed this?Because they hate and fear GWB.
Hate, because he took their power away.
Fear, because he could appoint the judges that could overturn Roe v. Wade.
Those are, and have been, their only reasons. And always will be.

Heck, the first official act of President Howard Dean will be to present bin Laden and Saddam with the Presidential Medal of Freedom. He might even name them to his cabinet.

My conversation this morning to Afghanistan was a scream when we got to this topic. My son asked about Bush visiting Iraq. He said the troops there thought that was "Wicked Cool". His visit actually helped the moral in that region too.
When the subject of Hillary came up he said"Yeah I heard that she got a photo-op with our guys, Thank God we missed that!".

I'm old enough to remember back to Pearl Harbor and I think it's safe to say that some of the venom being spewed by the 'RATS today would be considered treasonous if uttered during WWII.

Exactly. They can tell whose side the Dems are really on. Hillary just gave them another confirmation of that.

Your son is a smart man.
(^: In case you missed the eye-witness e-mail account of the President's visit Ollie's talking about:
8 E-MAIL FROM A CAPTAIN IN IRAQ: "It was a great moment, and I will never forget it."
Please tell your son we're very grateful on the homefront!
