FDR was IMO the worst president of the 20th century give or take Wilson(including Hoover, Klinton, and LBJ).

You left out Carter. Gas lines, economic recession, very high interest rates, the Iran hostages, and ineffectual world leader. He has to be among the worst of the 20th century. Im not familiar enough to rate the more obscure Presidents from before Teddy Roosevelt.
