Thanks MEG33 for the ping. Very good reporting. I believe that it was MSNBC last night that reported on a couple of cities in Iraq one was crawling with criminals and filth, but was that way also when Saddam was in power. And then the other city just a very short distance from the corrupt city is very productive, prosperous and growing with credit going to the mayor of that city. I will check and see if I can find the transcript on that clip.
