There are those here at FR who consider such things on a airly regular basis, more and more recently, it seems. Care to join us?

It appears to be just a matter of time before things come to a head.

Most of the older guys still remember what Freedom is, but the younger generation views freedom as being able to choose between reruns of "Seinfeld" and "Friends".

The strategy first suggested on FR four years ago is to vote for Dean or Hillary. The idea being this will quicken the inevitable and we are better off dealing with it now than later. Sometimes I do feel that way. A week of giant give-aways and the biggest new entitlment in 50 years being put into place by "our side" encourages one to think it may not be such a bad idea.
