I saw an attorney on Billy-O the other night saying that all violent sex offenders should be surgically or chemically castrated...I agree. Then lock them up and throw away the key, unless they murder too. Then they get the needle, max voltage, or gas.

Castration does not "fix" these beasts. Their evil springs from their brains, not their balls. Their desire is to kidnap and terrorize and torture and murder. Even castrated, they will continue to do so.
