Castration does not "fix" these beasts. Their evil springs from their brains, not their balls. Their desire is to kidnap and terrorize and torture and murder. Even castrated, they will continue to do so.

I know what your saying but I think if one of their "instuments" of evil can be eliminated, that may be part of the battle.
