Seems more than a bit strange that they didn't report the incident at the time. Did they think it's normal for juveniles to be toting firearms & taking potshots at vehicles from an overpass?

Sounds like some really weird kids, if its true. Although I think a postal worker is a more likely suspect

Seems more than a bit strange that they didn't report the incident at the time. Especially since they claim the teenagers were shooting at a horsetrailer that they were towing.
