especially after the shoddy treatment a CBS miniseries aired on ShowTime accorded the former president. The Streisand Character Assassination Machine couldn't tear him down when he was well, so they decided to go after him, and Nancy, while they were at their most vulnerable.

Alzheimers is terrible. My grandmother had it. I can't imagine assaulting this poor family with that horrible movie. I hope they know how many people care as they go thru this difficult time.

He's one of a kind. I watched the special on A & E last week about him. I thought it was pretty good. Wish he was still really with us, but I suppose it is a mercy that he doesn't have to see what is going on in our country. There is so much that would dishonor him. God bless him.

The thing that emhasizes Ronald Reagan's greatness is how much he is like any one of us. Presidents in common with everyone, have felt fear, known suffering and faced disease. Yet like the best of us too, he entered the long tunnel with hope; as if it at its end he saw not the dark, but something he glimpsed within us -- and within himself.

President Reagan the greatest President of the 20th century.
We love and respect him for what he believed and what he stood for.

"When he is awake, which is not that often, he can gaze at the trees outside the window"That paints a very poignant picture.
Hopefully he is having glimpses of his future heavenly home...and hopefully he can smile because of it.
