In just about every other WoD thread, the pro-drug war types feel that the addict should face the full penalty of the Law. Up to and including people like CAguy advocating they be shot.

Now, of course, because of his celeberty status.... you are willing to give Rush the benefit of the doubt.

Which is what you SHOULD have ben giving those other drugs cases all along. At least you are consistant in your hypocrisies.

Hey, they don't even have to be addicts! Just breaking the law will suffice (for me anyways -- I can't speak for the rest).

If Rush broke the law, sure, he should receive the approproiate punishment -- no more or less than any other person in similar circumstances.

But you were asking us if he should "fry", when he hasn't even been charged. Relax. Smoke a joint. If Rush is charged with some crime, then ask the question.
