"In just about every other WoD thread, the pro-drug war types feel that the addict should face the full penalty of the Law."Hey, they don't even have to be addicts! Just breaking the law will suffice (for me anyways -- I can't speak for the rest).
If Rush broke the law, sure, he should receive the approproiate punishment -- no more or less than any other person in similar circumstances.
But you were asking us if he should "fry", when he hasn't even been charged. Relax. Smoke a joint. If Rush is charged with some crime, then ask the question.

What Rush did shouldn't have even BEEN a crime. It was a medical matter and should have stayed that way.
Now, we have liberals chomping at the bit to bring him down and Drug Warriors spinning their apologetics for a Conservative hero.
(sarcasm)Thanks.... as if we weren't already dealing with ENOUGH BS already.(/sarcasm)

good morning, RP... be careful what you ask for!
"Just breaking the law will suffice...for" -RP
so now we must believe that RP NEVER breaks a law! IMHO, going 56 in a 55 zone is breaking the law.... but that's different 'cause everybody does it!

(Rush is Right. But, his drug use was wrong! That's OK, he's Rush, it's gotta be OK!)
