What are the odds that a FBI analyst who was an expert in terrorism would have been one of the "random" victims of these two?

In the trial, one thing that was put out there was the theory that Mohammad's ex-wife was to be one of those hit, and made to look like "just another random killing". My theory is that the snipers had one or more particular people to kill (with Bridges definitely being on the list)
