SOME STATE lawmakers, including Rep. Tom Burch, D-Buechel, say that is not enough. Burch has tried unsuccessfully to pass legislation that would ban high-fat snack foods, candy and soft drinks sold from vending machines during the school day, and require students to take more physical education classes.

don't these morons have anything better to do? Even this article is a waste of gray matter.
