Canadian Alliance sounds better than "Conservative Party". Conservative sounds old-fashioned.

I wish the goog guys up there all the luck in the world. Living in Canada must be like being trapped in San Francisco with no place to move to.

"The Progressive Conservative Party is the party that founded Canada. Now, it's being taken over by a larger party with a different philosophy,"
Orchard doesn't know his history. The Progressive Conservative Party did not exist at the time of Confederation; it was created by a merger of the Progressive Party and the Conservative Party, who formed an alliance to oust the Liberals.
