FReeper Allan Favish argued in front of the Supreme Court today about the Vince Foster photos. Allan is scheduled to be on The Big Story with John Gibson at 5 p.m. EST today to talk about it.

They argued before the Supreme Court today. I believe to get eight photos released from the government.

Good points. Allan says FOIA should families wishes to keep photos sealed. If they didn't want the photos released, they shouyld lobby Congress like Dale Earnhardt's widow did in florida reference his autopsy photos.
