Again you are putting blame on the man. You are implying personal responsibility for the action is for the man. In other words it's ok to sue a man for child support but refuse him custody of the child in your view.
No...actually, both parties bear some responsibility. How many times have I had male friends (the vast majority of my close friends are male) whine to me that they got some girl pregnant that was "on the pill." I keep telling them to double-bag it, but they never listen. They have to be partly responsible...it takes two, unless you believe that immaculate conception mumbo-jumbo.
