Is the author referring to the moon Hectate: or moon Astarte I wonder. Both of them were blood thirsty so I doubt either of them fit into her "peaceful" world. They prefer to see children slaughtered by moonlight then to spread their peaceful light.
I am still wondering who Sam I am will support.
