When I was recently in Riyadh, I ws amazed at the sheer number of arabs that watched CNN international as the "Bible" of world events. IF I were a betting man (I would be living in Vegas) which I am not, I would bet heavily on something that has the media attached to it. That would give them (musli) instant validation in their efforts. CNN tower in Atlanta is a VERY attractive target, as is Rockefeller center in NY where all the networks have thier programs in front of windows and such. Just a hunch.I've been thinking the same thing. Either the media or they'd go after the White House & Pentagon again, like they doggedly went after the WTC again after failing to bring the towers down the first time.
The Anthrax letters went to the media FIRST and then when they saw the results, the put the Senators letters in the mail (4 days after Stevens death was announced as Anthrax.
They like to watch their work.
The same thing with the planes. The first one hit just before the end of the morning news...about 8:48. Of course, the media is in NY but the wire must have gone insane. My girlfriend called and said "Turn on the TV" and I saw the second hit. They wants the horror to touch everyone, not just those who they murder.
