Lando Lincoln has forwarded a prayer request to us. Apparently a young man serving overseas in our military has a gravely ill wife at home for whom he wishes lots of prayers. This is something we can do, Prayer Warriors!

BELOVED MERCIFUL FATHER ABOVE,

We place on the altar this day Gary's Cindy who has been diagnosed a few days ago with stage 4 cervical cancer. We do not know your plan for this woman, their little boy, and their whole family. We do not know fully the anguish this young man must be feeling, but we join him in his petitions on her behalf. Father, we ask for a complete and miraculous healing for Cindy. We ask that you will place your healing love deep down into that cervix and all the inner parts of this woman, and at a cellular and molecular level restore the divine blueprint for those cells which have started reproducing abnormally. Father, heal the original cause and core behind this illness, whatever it may be.

Bless and strengthen Gary as he carries the preoccupation of concern for Cindy around in his heart and soul while performing his duties as a fighting man. Father, grant him a special team of protection and comfort angels right now and in the days to come. Help him to rise to the challenges which are before him, both professionally and personally. Grant him the grace of special protection from any lapses or distractions which carrying such a burden could cause. Keep him safe, for no matter what happens with Cindy, he has a 5 year old boy at home who needs him.

We ask that all which opposes your divine Will for Cindy and Gary and their family is bound and removed and cast into your purifying fires. We collectively place our hearts and Vision together, and we SEE this young woman WHOLE, by thy grace and the intercession of our Savior and His holy angels.

We are grateful for this family and their service to our military, and we desire only your blessed Will to take place in their world. We ask that you will take this and all our prayers and let them be made perfect according to that Will. Let them be multiplied so that all who may be in a similar situation may also have the grace and healing. If there is something necessary to this petition which we have forgotten to include, please forgive the lack and provide for it despite our forgetfulness. We know that you are ever responsive and generous with your love toward your children. While we call forth and expect a miracle, as our Lord said in the Garden, "Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt."

Amen
