To take that many in an attempted ambush...our guys had to know something ahead of time.Well, earlier someone was speculating that our guys set it up, you know, leaked the info "We're coming through here with lots of new Iraqi money" to trick the Fedayeen into revealing themselves.

Not necessarily, I heard the convoy had Abrams tanks and Bradley fighting vehicles--which makes it kind of one sided against small arms which can't hurt these vehicles, and marginal RPGs which don't tend to hurt them much.
