Heard US military officials say just this morning that Iraqis had begun targeting "soft targets" like civilians as it was a safer way of achieving their goal of terrorizing those who are there to assist them. This could be a tacticval mistake. The more Iraqis they murder, the more likely they will be turned in by their brethren.
Anyway, excellent job! Keep killing them until they stand down.

Great news! And I'm glad it's being publicized. I'm sure we've been killing these folks all along, but felt it wasn't PC to talk about it (or probably even to let the other Iraqis know).
But warfare is often as much about perception as it is about fighting, and we've got to make those folks perceive us correctly - as too dangerous and determined to mess with.
