The choices seem to be pretty cut and dried.

1. Get some Senator to introduce a Censure Resolution to the Senate Judiciary Committee (yes same one as Ms. Elena is dealing with) which requires a Majority vote of the Senate. It would be subject to filibuster.

2. Go for Expulsion vote of the Senate. Requires 2/3 vote.

3.Beat her ass like a red-headed step child in 06.

Of course 1&2 are a little dependant upon having something to go on. Say like a conviction of treason or sedition.

Unless there was a concerted Statewide simultaneous showing of acknowledgement, by the people, that our elected Senator has committed a gross misconduct of her office. Then some may be so emboldened. Otherwise.....for naught.

I know a pubbie in the House Tom Reynolds or how about John Warner, I've got an in with the Republicans in Virginia. I met Virgil Goode and Jerry Kilgore, Jerry will be the next Gov there.
