President Bush secretly landed an hour ago and is currently eating Thanksgiving dinner at my undisclosed location. Anticipate a press release after he takes off.

That brings up a contrast between W and Bubba/Hillary: W was talking, laughing, joking, shaking hands with EVERYONE. Bubbillary would only choose people on the basis of sex/race/ethnicity. Then, Bubba would shed the obligatory tear, bite his lip, and talk about how he worked harder than he has ever worked in his life, to make it there to see them. Hillary would use the opportunity to spread doom and gloom, call for a more socialist America, and make it non-stop "vote for me."

This was on another thread......gives you chills.
Finally, a visibly nervous U.S. administrator L. Paul Bremer III strode to the podium with Lt. Gen. Ricardo Sanchez, the U.S. military commander in Iraq. The two dispensed a few quick words. Bremer then turned to Sanchez and said he had a Thanksgiving message from U.S. President George W. Bush. Bremer said the most "senior" U.S. official among them should be the one to read it.
Turning toward the stage backdrop, Bremer asked: "Is there anyone back there who's more senior than us?" Bremer's hands, cradling the president's speech, quavered.
At that moment, Bush strode forth from the wings in an Army track suit emblazoned with a 1st Armored Division patch. The bored crowd shot immediately from their seats and whooped. As he surveyed the crowd, a tear dripped to the president's cheek.
"I was just looking for a warm meal somewhere," Bush said, to another whoop. "Thanks for inviting me to dinner."

If I recall correctly, the first thread up after the first plane hit the first tower, it was post three that said Osama Bin Laden.

Thanks.
Do you have picture of Bubba with the troops where they were disarmed first and force to set by him. It is a good thing the secret service didn't act on the looks on the faces of those poor service men.

U.S. President George W. Bush (news - web sites) reacts while explaining to members of the media that he will not answer questions during his visit to Baghdad International Airport, November 27, 2003. President Bush stunned U.S. troops in Iraq (news - web sites) on Thursday by turning up at their Thanksgiving dinner after a risky 27-hour flight saying he was 'just looking for a warm meal.' The highly secretive, morale-boosting visit took place as Washington and its allies come under intense pressure in Iraq. REUTERS/Anja Niedringhaus/POOL |
