By the way, that penal code needs to define the exact term you posted...if I recall that was "pervert piece of trash".
I'll be up for a while, so take your time.

I don't give a crap what the "mom" said, or what "Michael" said, or what "Garagos" says, or what the "Fans" say... If the BOY told his therapist he was molested, and the therapist reported it to the police, THAT IS WHAT REALLY MATTERS HERE.
And the fact that the mother has a history of putting her kids up to making false accusations to the authorities for revenge and/or money, that doesn't matter?

"I didn't go to college."Anyone can "go" to college, I take it you meant to say that you did not attend college.
Correct?

Damnit kids, don't make me pull this car over! ;)

Oh, I just thought that M.J. was another almost billionaire chickenhawk grooming hundreds of kids in the selection process of his Never, Never Land.
Nap time seems so special.
We may again be guilty of the Biblical failure to realize the value of moral relativism.

I would not take Garago's threats lightly, he could go after libel...even in net forums. I do take them lightly, and his client (Michael Jackson) is a pedophile and a child molester. Not may be, is. If Garagos sued all Americans who've publicly slandered MJ, he'd be suing around a million people. ....starting with every single stand-up comedian, including Leno and Letterman. You certainly have a flare for the dramatic. ....a drama queen.

My 45 year-old unmarried neighbor can invite my kids to sleep in his house, in his room from here until the cows come home...it ain't happening. That's what normal parents do. Pedophiles tend to pick vulnerable kids. IOW, the kids with the not so "with it" parents. I am speaking in general here, not specifically to MJ.
Considering his other troubles with the other kid in 1993, if MJ was smart and not guilty don't you think he would have made damn sure to stop the situations from happening again by not continuing surrounding himself with prepubescent boys sleeping in his bed? In other words, he would have done everything he could to protect himself from future setups by avoiding inappropriate contact with young boys.

Did you know that the other kid who was paid off described him perfectly what MJ looked like when he was nude?
He said they took showers together and that he molested him in his testimony which is supposed to be online.
How do you think he was able to describe what he looked like nude?

Geragos called XtraJet's attempt to sell the tapes "one of the most outrageous acts I've ever seen in my 20 years of practicing criminal law."
In which fairytale land has he been practicing?
