We gotta stop fooling ourselves to think that any Muslims are with America.B.S. Their numbers and prominence may be smaller than we would like, but to contend that there are not Muslims who embrace shared American values, and those of liberal Western civilization, and often defend or promulgate them with great bravery, is a lie. It is also a dangerous and self-defeating lie, lest we be slack in coming to their aid and defense.

Oh And welcome aboard!
There is a saying here that you're not a REAL freeper until you've been flamed...soooo,
I cannot believe how incredibly stupid you are. I mean rock-hard stupid. Dehydrated-rock-hard stupid. Stupid, so stupid it goes way beyond the stupid we know into a whole different dimension of stupid.
You are trans-stupid stupid. Meta-stupid. Stupid collapsed on itself so far that even the neutrons have collapsed. Stupid gotten so dense that no intellect can escape. Singularity stupid. Blazing hot mid-day sun on Mercury stupid. You emit more stupid in one second than our entire galaxy emits in a year.
There. That's done. It's now official. :-)

I'm thinking if i was appointed to ANYTHING by President Bush, if I gave an interview, i would most certainly refer to him as President Bush. That's really an excellent point. El Fadl has every right in the world (or at least in this free country that has provided him refuge from persecution and intolerance) to hold to nutty, socialist political philosophies like that of the Green Party, to criticize the administration, and so on. But if he's going to affirmatively accept the honor of serving on a commission of the United States Government, minimum standards of decency should preclude referring to office holders in such manner (even while criticizing them).

Islamic thinker <= oxymoronThe most heinous and barbaric crime in this world would be to stop an individual from thinking freely. And when such a crime is "legalized" in the form of a "religion," one can easily imagine how disastrous it can be.
Islam is such a religion !!!
Islam imposes a threat to the whole world ... which is far worse than deforestation, nuclear destruction or AIDS. It is an insidious, devilish disease creeping into the veins of the world. Every individual must realize the destructive and evil nature of this religion, for it eats away at the very foundation of humanity which is ...
The individual's ability to think individually and act accordingly !!!

A muslim's first duty is to other muslims.
Times are good now. Imagine what muslims here will say and do when things get ugly - which they will.

HE'S A TERRORIST!!!
Daniel Pipes:
"These admirers overlook the following unsavory facts about Abou El Fadl: (1) The published essays in this collection (roughly half the total) first appeared in The Minaret, house organ of the Islamic Center of Southern California, a leading militant Islamic institution. (2) Abou El Fadl has acknowledged giving money to the Holy Land Foundation of Richardson, Texas, an organization President Bush subsequently closed down because it raised money for Hamas, called by the president "one of the deadliest terrorist organizations in the world today." (3) Abou El Fadl speaks for the Council on American-Islamic Relations, alleged recently to be one of Islam's stateside image custodians that are "little more than shills for terrorist organizations." Abou El Fadl, sad to say, is just another Muslim extremist."
