Nevada memo to George Bush: When making a first presidential visit to a state, use the right pronounciation of its name.
Bush, in Las Vegas on Tuesday, repeatedly said Ne-vah-da. To properly pronounce Nevada, the middle syllable should rhyme with gamble.

Nevambleda. I was posting while you had already gotten on the board ahead of me. Not trying to rip off your idea. So, they want us to call it Nevambleda. Okay. Whatever.

State Senate Minority Leader Dina Titus, D-Las Vegas, said the mispronunciation shows Bush, who won the state in the 2000 election, doesn't care much about the state. Not only is this a blantant example of spin...but a great example of how dumb the democrats think the general population is.

George Bush discovered to be HUMAN!Wednesday, November 26, 2003 (11-26) 10:02 PST CARSON CITY, Nev. (BS)</pP
After it was discovered that perfectly intelligent humans often mispronounce words repeatedly, scientists have confirmed the humanity of the US President.
Film at 11!!!
(I have gone to Las Vegas every year for most of my adult life and never, ever heard anyone, including natives say it any way but Nev-ah-da.)

I know, this makes no sense at all. How do you possibly rhyme the middle syllable with a two syllable word? Properly, they should have written,"...the middle syllable should rhyme with 'add'".As in sum...

This is it-- they have finally found the issue to defeat President Bush. Maybe we need to get a primary geared up pronto, since he is definitely on life support after this incredible fax pass.

When W came to Alabama....I was glad he didn't say the state name the way Dimocrats here say it..."Alerbamer"
To: Paul Atreides
No, my Duke, you should have pronounced it the way the rest of us do: "Lost Wages".

I bet 95% of Americans pronounce it Ne-vah-dah too. That's what I'm gonna tell the Airline when I check-in Monday. I'm flying to Las Vegas, Ne-vah-dah.
Hope I make it.

They claim Bush can't speak correctly and they really can't spell correctly! Gotta love it it's just too funny! I love my President!
