"Don't ask me, I'm not Mark Morford. For that, I'm hankful every day of the year." Mark chooses to act the way he does. Even if being gay is a matter of genetics (I don't fully believe that, but it's possible), his histrionics and hatred of Middle America is his choice. His ridiculous need to include sexual references in EVERY ONE of his articles is his choice.
