Wow...I didn't know adultery was prosecutable under the UCMJ. I wonder how his jihadi friends at Gitmo would feel if they found out he had some pr0n on his laptop...would they want some or think he was corrupted by the infidels?

Oh yes, has to be. Could you imagine what would happen if a soldier had to go to war with the guy who slept with, or tried to sleep with his wife.
