Church attendance has dwindled right back to pre-9/11 totals. While this may not be good enough for you to quantify the effects of 9-11, it is for me.
You called my statement a "amazing" generalization but you put nothing forward to explain why it isn't an amazing generalization. So please explain yourself. I'd love to hear your viewpoint.

Church attendance has dwindled right back to pre-9/11 totals. While this may not be good enough for you to quantify the effects of 9-11, it is for me. There's a simple reason for that, and it's very much akin to the reason why only a tiny percentage (<5%) of people who go forward to "make a decision" at a Billy Graham crusade are still in church 5 years later.
