Mike Spence (from saveourlicense) was just on KFI radio and said if repealing SB60 passes in the assembly, then the referendum won't go on the ballot.
He also said that he expects Cedillo to come up with another version of SB60 some time next January.

Thank you greatly. You are exactly right. The California Republican Assembly-led effort has garnered 400,000 signatures (375,000 needed) and more are coming in. The politicians did NOTHING -- all of the lousy politicians.
