That's right, even the author of the bill voted to repeal it, for politically expedient reasons, of course. If this dude had any brains in his head at all, he would've never penned such horrible piece of legislation. But because of the pressure of such wonderful Special Interest groups like La Raza and MeCHA, and others, that's why this garbage was foisted upon us in the first place. You could also say that Mr. Liberal Lawmaker pictured himself wearing the same shoes as Gray Davis: Ex-Public Servant.
