The ad - a taste of the national security battle that will help decide the election - made the Democratic candidates crazy.

RNC to Run Ads Around Democratic Presidential Debates

Great editorial. All the dems can do is whine, whine, whine. They are so pathetic it's nauseating. I haven't seen the ad but have read the transcript. It's doesn't even mention the dems, just "some people are now attacking the president for attacking the terrorists." Guess they are just a bit nervous because this ad surely hit a nerve and as the editorial says, it's really pretty benign.

Daschle, Clark, and Kennedy - what a bunch of dopes.

The Dems want it both ways - demagogue the heck out of Iraq to score political points and deny they meant anything of the sort when the price for it must be paid. Ain't happening.

Then later Dascle said he would fight Bush "as viciously as possible." He corrected himself to "as vigorously," but he had already let the tructh slip out.

My wife caught that one. We were sitting on the couch, and I was watching Dashle's try to guess the truth performance, when he slipped out with that. I had ignored it, but it stunned by wife.

"...Next up was Senator Ted Kennedy (D-Mass). Earlier this year, Kennedy called “Operation Iraqi Freedom” a fraud that was cooked up in Crawford, Texas..."

Can't begin to say how angry that makes me. There's no fraud here, there is leadership in defending the USA from terrorism. Iraq, Afghanistan, wherever the battle needs to be fought. The adults are in charge and understand that you do not / can not negotiate with terrorists.

Also, I'm offended by how Sen Kennedy implies in his comment that something covert occurred. I'm offended by an implied suggestion that nothing intellectual could occur outside of the liberal establishment of the Eastern cities.

I guess I'm just offended by our often drunken Senator from Mass dishonors his role, his President, and my country...

HIT THE RATS with TRUTH!!
Pound home the TRUTH and they will scream.
The media does so well to hide the truth continuously.

Playing fair in the Rat's Book is to shut up and take it.

Dimocrats go bananas when the GOP exercises its freedom of speech and runs a little advertisement, demanding that it be retracted and banned, but there is no way to keep the Democrats from blabbering all they want, and they accuse the GOP of questioning their patriotism whenever the GOP criticizes what they say.

Thanks for the ping -- I haven't gotten this much of a laugh out of the RATs in a long time. They are keeping the ad front and center too!

So now their real words have made it into the media? LOL! I love the Internet!

You can't buy airtime like this.

The more they whine about it, the more people will be wonder what the rucus is all about and they will seek the video. The press will have to air it all over the nation instead of just Iowa. I LOVE IT!

I sure that little Tommy Dashole would feel more comfortable if they ran the ad in Arabic.

He He. You're right.

Dems: "The Republicans should not air that ad."

Rest of country outside of Iowa: "What ad?"

Dems: "This ad . . . DOH!"
