Where's Detroit?

Exactly. The article is complete crap.
It's missing Pittspuke as well.

Detroit is Cleveland, without the glitter.

"Where's Detroit?" And Flint- and just about any other city I can think of in Michigan. Man, do I hate that place!
But the author left out Anchorage, whose motto is "We're Not Really Alaska, But You Can Get There From Here!"
Or the alternatibve- "El Paso With Snow"

Or Benton Harbor.......

"Where's Detroit?" I don't understand why Detroit wasn't in at least the top 3. Seems like the biggest tourist attraction in Detroit is watching things burn.

Agreed. You can't respect a top 10 worst cities list that doesn't list Detroit! If you want to know what a post apocolyptic nuclear attack survival american metropolis would look like, just take a ride on any Detroit highway through town and you'll find the model used in the Terminator movies for Judgement Day scenes.

What? Detroit's on the way up, dude.
In another century or so it'll be the place to be. You just wait and see.
