this judgment will be appealed and re-appealed for the next 15 years at least. Read in the Wash Times Friday that the average length in Virginia between sentence and execution is 3 years. Average nationwide is just over 9 years. It's good to be a Virginian today!

Does that include cases that are appealed all the way up to the Supreme Court of the United States? I have a feeling the Left will be milking the appeal process all the way up to (and including) that.
And I'm sure there'll be a fair share of nutbars who'll claim "religious persecution" because Muhammad is a member of the "religion of peace"...(*spit*)
