Florida's Bush gets report on Schiavo(CNN)

Details of the report will be made public Tuesday morning,
after Bush's attorneys read it and edit out any sensitive materials.

It seems this is all a sham to Jeb. He is just trying to make it look like he cares but is giving a hail mary pass to Greer and Co. What about Terri's retained rights that have been violated for 10 years! These are felonies and Jeb's office and other high officials have been apprised of this countless number of times. Also there is a law that allows even a judge to be suspended but Jeb doesn't say anything about that. He has made it apparent to the Clearwater Bar Association that he intends to give a hail mary pass. Champion of the disabled! Bull ca ca. We need to hold all officials accountable who are letting Terri's retained rights continue to be violated. She deserves the rehab and being brought to full capacity. We and others will make sure she gets these things but we need to hold our public officials accountable.

Florida's Bush gets report on Schiavo
(CNN) -- An independent guardian appointed to review the case of Terri Schiavo has given his recommendations to Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, under a special law rushed through by the Legislature to keep the brain-damaged woman alive.

Thanks for the info. Have emailed these offices expressing appreciation for their diligence. Also stating that at the very least Ms. Schiavo deserves the treatment and therapy for which she was awarded the financial means.

Great job everyone for coming to Terri's rescue! Its heartening to see those poll numbers bounce back now that people are back from Thanksgiving break, and are again interested in helping Terri be rid of her murderous husband!

I think Terri Schindler day helped, and the 'get out the news' efforts of Terri's upcoming 40th birthday Wednesday no doubt is helping too! Keep spreading the word, and vote for "TERRI'S PARENTS" if you haven't already!

Maybe Terri's new friends around the globe will help out and VOTE for TERRI's PARENTS.

That CNN article about Wolfson giving his report to Jeb said Wolfson was not allowed to do any investigation - he just reviewed court documents from Greer's court - I hope he didn't just parrot the Felos 'experts' view.

What's happening to the pending legislation in Florida to amend their 'right to die' laws to require 'last wishes' to be in writing and not just hearsay 10 years later?
