I love the quips that Barbour has to say! He is always right on target and wish he had stayed at RNC instead of us getting Nicholson. So glad he is going to be the Governor now.

What the Democrat candidates for President in Iowa and elsewhere is "repulsive and outrageous." They won't "pull the plug" on their stuff. So the Republicans should not pull the plug on their ads.

In case the Democrats haven't noticed, it is the business of the people in things called elections, to pull the plug. I'm wagering that the Democrat's plug gets pulled first.

And as for "questioning the patriotism of the Democrats," the Republicans are not doing that. They, and I, am only questioning the Democrats' abilities to read history books, and tell the truth.

The sad thing is many sheeple won't see anything but the headlines if that at all. The dems are simply stirring up the nest as you say to get their base mobilized. Our challenge is to find creative ways to help the sheeple understand how crazy the democratic left is. So let them implode. I just hope some creative RNCer can come up with some good sound bites to show the implosions.

The Dems seem unable to tell the truth about much of anything and when called on it whine and stomp their feet! The more of these type ads by RNC the better IMHO! I love being on the offense!

The saying

patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel

is a contradictory statement. the correct saying should be:

professing patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel

the demoncrats are truly a fifth column doing all they can to disrupt and subvert the United States, at every single level, at every single opportunity...

This proves what I've been saying - once the issues are discussed, the Democrats will lose in a landslide. They are the party of weak security, high taxes, and no ideas.

Next Ad:

Clips from 1998 of the Dem's being all for Clinton's actions followed by their comments about Bush's handling of the war. The Chiron scrolls the Senate Intel Memo across the screen. Commercial ends with a speaker saying "Dissent even in a time of war is time honored tradition, until now blatant partisanship for the sake of regaining power hasn't been."

My wife has been getting nervous over the past several months with the perception of the declining poll numbers and the endless drumming on the Presidents record. I kept reminding her of the fact that he has not even begun to campain yet, and as soon as the counter-attack is unleased, the hippocrassy of the current rhetoric would be unveiled. I saw this commercial the other day, it was a perfect opennig salvo, and only the beginning.

If the Rats hate this ad so much, then I suggest they run their own ad to counter it. They should put together a bunch of clips that really show the American people just what the Democratic Party is contributing to the War on Terrorism. I even have a few suggestions for things they can put in their ad --

Cynthia McKinney claiming that President Bush was directly involved in the 9/11 attacks.

Hillary Clinton right after McKinney made her accusation, waving that newspaper around in the well of the Senate and screeching, "What did the President know and when did he know it?"

Jim McDermott, John Conyers and David Bonior standing in Baghdad prior to the war, implying that saddam Hussein was more trustworthy than President Bush.

Patty Murray telling schoolkids in Washington that the 9/11 attacks happened because bin Laden has built roads and day care centers in the Middle East and we haven't.

I could go on and on, but why should I write the Rats' commercial for them?
