[history]
There was no smoking gun. No obvious sign of violence. And not a peep from the star witness. In many ways, the preliminary hearing of Scott Peterson that ended Tuesday failed to be the eye opener promised by the district attorney.

Scott Peterson is almost amusing. He wrote his plan out as he told them his story and handed them the other pieces on a platter.
The one thing the little, rich playboy didn't think of is that they might look at him as a possible perp.
Whoa, how can that be.."I was 80 miles away"..where the bodies were found. Imagine that.
Thanks God! He might have got away with it if not for the nature of your mighty sea.

WTF?
Who cares?
Who is Scott Petersen?
My interest in Scott Petersen is approximately equal to my interest in a fly on the moon that I survey with a telescope held backward.

I have a question that has been on my mind. I read in an earlier article (try to reference later) that SP told police he arrived home after fishing and let the dog and cat in the house! He even moved the bucket and mop outside because he was afraid the cat was going to get into it. How is it that the dog was home for Scott to let in if his neighbor found the dog wandering outside? Am I confusing my facts about what SP did when he came home from fishing?

The neighbor saw the dog wandering the street and took it to the Peterson house and put it in the back yard closing the gate.
