If you can't publish the name of the accussing victim then the name of the accused can be published either. I think it is only fair way around facing your accuser clause. Forget jackson, the false accusation is enough to destroy a life.

Forget jackson, the false accusation is enough to destroy a life. In this case the victim is only a kid. In the Koby Briant case, the accuser should be front and center. She's an adult. No need to cover her butt, that's for sure.
