Whenever someone wants to fake a crime, they say "I saw a black guy do it, about five ten, 160 pounds, wearing loose pants and gangsta clothes. Unfortunately, this is the statistically most likely description of a perpetrator. If you were trying to fake a crime, what would you choose? A ninety-year old Swedish woman in a wheelchair?

I'm not sure it's fair to call this a "race card." More a "probability card." Somewhat as the investigators focused on white guys for the DC snipers. Statistically they were correct.

Which only goes to show the weakness of basing decisions on statistics.
