Possibly, Muslims do worship the same God. However terrorists do not.

I can only hope there really is a difference between true Muslims and terrorists and our fight is only with those who would use that religion to kill innocent people.

Actually, the Muslims do not worship the same God as Christians. Ours is a Triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The Islamic religion does not recognize the divinity of the Son, Jesus Christ, as we do. To them, he was just another holy prophet wandering the deserts and temples like Mohammed or any other other prophets of biblical history.

Some of the Koran was snitched from the Bible by Mohammed, but the resemblance of Islam and Christianity ends there.

My God never said we should kill all those who do not covert to our religion. My God never promised that if I died in a war in his name I would go to paradise with 78 (or whatever) virgins and young boys.
