Maybe I was a useful idiot by going to that demonstration at age 15. Don't feel too bad about it though. The war was wrong. Can you state succinctly what was accomplished in that war that was worth the killing of 58000 of our young men along with millions of Vietnamese and the spending of hundreds of billions of dollars?
As far as the war in Iraq goes, I thought the demonstrators were nuts. But the lack of WMD evidence is definitely delaying the conclusive proof of this.
BTW don't forget to back up your previous statements about "the buses, the loudspeaker systems, the stages etc". I'll agree that the Russians bought some ads in the NYT.
