SCENE: A donkey-drawn cart, background left, was used as a rocket launcher in an attack Friday on the Palestine and Sheraton hotels, near downtown Baghdad. One American was injured in the attack and was to be taken to a military hospital in Germany.

Would be an opportunity to do good work.
Sure would need this to be tightly tied into the chain of command, with detachments from squad level up as needed, but at the same time some separation so this organization could be effective. Us old guys would have trouble with a twenty five year old boss who was an idiot, and we would not be careerists or much interested in promotions. We would all be older than almost anyone in the Corps or Army.
