As if the Confederate Flag pick up driving Southerners needed another reason to not vote for this guy.
To: NYC GOP Chick
Daschle was rejected because his body was too weak to support his head for long periods of time.

Gee, if he hadn't dodged the draft maybe he could have been there to save his brother's life in Laos.
And people wonder why many teens say that they would dodge the draft. Looking at the people that got away with it and are even praised for it, it is understandable that kids would avoid it too.

None of his supporters will care. How many patriotic, fredom-loving, pro-military voters can Dean count amongst his supporters?
To: Chad Fairbanks
Each day had a different number, so there were 366 numbers in the initial draft lottery, not 300.
To: Non-Sequitur
Big deal. So Dean avoided the draft...and Cheney avoided the draft...and Gingrich avoided the draft...and Daschle and Lott and Hastert and DeLay and on and on and on.
Well at least we won't have to hear about Bush's "dodging the draft" by SERVING in the Guard as a Fighter Pilot.

Well, this will only shore up his base.

No wonder the left loves him so much.

Let's see ~ Rush had some kind of cyst.
Billzo had Peronie's.
Dean just flat out lied and cheated.

The press won't report it (much less whine about it).
The Rat voters don't care.
Dean lied again. He lies all the time and they don't care.
The average Rat voter things we can whip terrorism with one hand tied behind our back. That's why they aren't helping. They rationalize it that when they gain power, they can fix anything broken. Dennis Miller described it best about Clinton but it's true of all the Rats. They're the friend helping you move the sofa but only pretending to lift.

I dunno if this'll be any kind of smoking gun on Dean. Lots of people got medical deferments in the 60's. I don't know that this'll really get much traction.
We got way bigger things on Dean of a mere *policy* nature that'll submarine his campaign. I *hope* he ends up the dem candidate, cuz we can *grease* this guy.

Just as there supposedly are "Catholics for Abortion" and "Conservative Libertarians for Moral-Liberalism," so is there a group devoted to "Republicans for Dean." Whether they are all funded by the socialist Soros hasn't been fully determined yet.

Oh, boo hoo. If you are taller than I am, then you're not short. I thot I told you that...

A question for everyone:
Say there was a conservative candidate you really liked. Say allegations came up that he got out of the draft the same way Dean did. Would you still vote for this candidate?
Personally, I would. An immature man might dodge the draft at a young age but then gain maturity and wisdom and become a fine president.
That said, I would never vote for Dean. I just don't think this issue is all that relevant. I have a hundred other reasons not to vote for Dean.
Besides, maybe he really did have a bad back. Sure, that skiing business is suspicious, but lots of young people take chances with their body. Maybe the skiing was hard on his back and he did it anyway.
