If he is innocent --- how can he get out of a false accusation without proving the accuser is a liar?
False dilemma. If he's innocent, he needs to prove that she's lying about the charge, not that she may or may not have had sex with other men. A woman can have sex with ten men (though I wouldn't condone it) and still be raped by the eleventh.

But a woman that has sex with 10 men and then the 11th is the only rich and famous one worth sueing --- then you'd still have to be suspicious of her motives. Especially when she ---- with all that other DNA in her couldn't wait to get up to his hotel room.

How does he go about proving that she is lying ? She opened the door for her immediate sexual history to be explored when she claimed injury, acknowledged having protected sex 2 days prior to the "alleged" rape, then showed up at the hospital bearing DNA from a caucasin on her person and on her underwear. What kind of attorney do you think Pamela Mackey is that she would allow that evidence to be supressed and deny her client a fair trial ? For most people the answer to that question is that she'd be a Fired Attorney and probably looking at disbarrment.
