No, what it means is, that the witness, the PRIME WITNESS, has an ax to grind. And yes, some women DO lie about rape. Perhaps she did and perhaps she didn't. This news just shows that perhaps there's far more to this story that you are willing to look at.

Actually I avoid this story like the plague if you want to know the truth! I just think that if someone has sex with someone because they want to, it doesn't mean that they can't be raped. Seemed stupid to me, but I am not following this case really! I am sure I have missed a lot!
