According your past posts, no man is ever innocent of the charges against him, and no woman's honor or credibility have been sullied by her own conduct. So would you exclude all evidence of the "victim's" sexual history in a case of date rape?

If you had picked up a girl and had consensual sex with her within 15 minutes of meeting her and two days later the cops came to your door with a warrant for your arrest for rape, how would you defend yourself?

Would you not claim that it was consensual? Would you not look for evidence that she consented to have sex with a lot of guys, guys who were -- if it were possible -- even uglier than you? Or would you trust that a jury would acquit you because you think you are more believable than her?

Tell me, if in fact Kobe is not guilty of rape, but is being set up and falsely accused -- it happens -- how should he defend himself?
